To work with internal Zurich teams and external IT suppliers delivering ECM projects. This ranges from small to medium work orders to projects migrating new clients to our Content Services products.

The ECM PM will join an international, high-performing team with extensive experience in implementing ECM projects using IBM CP4BA (FileNet) and Box technologies.

Your role

As a Junior Project Manager, your main responsibilities will include:

  1. Successfully delivering assigned small to medium work orders and projects.
  2. Managing end-to-end project accountability regarding time, resources, budget, and quality.
  3. Managing stakeholder relationships for assigned projects and key business partners.
  4. Distributing project documentation for review and coordinating revisions until approval.
  5. Supporting the demand process by reviewing Work Orders documentation and providing pricing estimates.

Your skills and experience

As a Junior Project Manager, your ideal skills and qualifications include:

  • 2 to 3 years of project management experience, especially in deploying new systems including infrastructure and application solutions. PMP certification or equivalent is a plus.
  • Experience with Waterfall methodology; Agile skills are highly appreciated, including proven experience as a Scrum Master.
  • Experience in delivering content management projects, particularly with IBM CP4BA (FileNet) and Box technologies, is valued.
  • Ability to work independently across multidisciplinary teams and locations.
  • Understanding of cloud service operating models.
  • Experience in building stakeholder relationships and resolving obstacles for win/win outcomes.
  • Hands-on problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude.
  • Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Availability to work abroad up to 25 days per year.
  • Up to 300 euros for home office setup and additional monthly home office allowance.
