TwinRed has offices in Los Angeles, Luxembourg, and Barcelona, and is looking for talented and highly motivated colleagues to join their team in Barcelona. Be part of an energetic and dynamic work atmosphere, with offices in the centre of Barcelona, Diagonal.

WITH US, YOU WILL BE ...

1. Collaborating with cross-functional teams: Development, Support, Sales, and external teams to facilitate and optimize project execution and establish effective processes.
2. Maintaining organized and up-to-date project documentation using Confluence, ensuring that teams have access to the necessary information and resources.
3. Conducting research, compiling business requirements, implementing user and client needs, creating wireframes, and documenting flows to translate project needs into actionable tasks for the development team.
4. Communicating and consulting with Development and Sales departments on business requirements, ensuring clear understanding and alignment aiming for a result-driven project.
5. Working closely with and assisting the Product Owner to gather information and implement new features with the overall product vision and goals.
6. Conducting market and competitor research to identify opportunities for gaining a competitive advantage and inform product development strategies.
7. Launching new features and implementing innovative strategies and methods to enhance product offerings and meet evolving user needs.

WHAT WE EXPECT FROM YOU...

1. Excellent level of English.
2. 1-2 years minimum experience from an Affiliate network or similar.
3. Knowledge of media buying models (CPM, CPC, CPA, CPL, RS, etc.).
4. Bachelor’s and/or Master's degree in Project Management, Business Administration, or Analytics is advantageous.
5. Technical understanding and metrics-driven.
6. Experience with Confluence or similar documentation management tools is a plus.
7. Self-disciplined, critical-thinking, and basic mathematical skills.
8. Focused and self-organized.
9. Comfortable with adult content.
10. Strong understanding of project management methodologies and tools.
11. Ability to work autonomously and within a team, in a fast-paced environment.
12. International mindset.
