Tasks
  1. Close collaboration with project management and team leadership to implement day-to-day operations for Spanish & French speaking projects.
  2. Data analysis and statistical evaluations.
  3. Composing result- and solution-oriented reports with business-strategic recommendations for action.
  4. Intensive customer contact including requirements analysis and proposal preparation.
  5. Continuous control and monitoring of internal quality standards.
  6. Support in set-up and execution of continuous and ad hoc projects.
  7. Design of customized monitoring and improvement solutions.
  8. Cooperation with external service providers.
  9. Determination and preparation of key figures.
Requirements
  1. Completed vocational training or university degree (preferably in economics, sociology, engineering).
  2. Experience in customer service.
  3. Knowledge of market research is an advantage.
  4. Knowledge of the postal & logistics sector is an advantage.
  5. Ability to work in agile teams.
  6. Good knowledge of MS Office, Google Workspace, Trello, Confluence.
  7. Good communication skills within the team, with partners, and customers.
  8. English level B2 at least, C1 preferred.
  9. Organized and meticulous work ethic.
  10. High adherence to deadlines and ability to work on time.
  11. Analytical and holistic thinking.
  12. Affinity for statistics, data, and data analysis.
