Tasks
- Close collaboration with project management and team leadership to implement day-to-day operations for Spanish & French speaking projects.
- Data analysis and statistical evaluations.
- Composing result- and solution-oriented reports with business-strategic recommendations for action.
- Intensive customer contact including requirements analysis and proposal preparation.
- Continuous control and monitoring of internal quality standards.
- Support in set-up and execution of continuous and ad hoc projects.
- Design of customized monitoring and improvement solutions.
- Cooperation with external service providers.
- Determination and preparation of key figures.
Requirements
- Completed vocational training or university degree (preferably in economics, sociology, engineering).
- Experience in customer service.
- Knowledge of market research is an advantage.
- Knowledge of the postal & logistics sector is an advantage.
- Ability to work in agile teams.
- Good knowledge of MS Office, Google Workspace, Trello, Confluence.
- Good communication skills within the team, with partners, and customers.
- English level B2 at least, C1 preferred.
- Organized and meticulous work ethic.
- High adherence to deadlines and ability to work on time.
- Analytical and holistic thinking.
- Affinity for statistics, data, and data analysis.
