dormakaba Spain is seeking a Product Ownership professional to drive the evolution of our marketing and collaboration platforms. You will own the product roadmaps for critical systems, shape the digital workplace, and ensure platforms deliver value for global teams across markets.

You will manage a portfolio including catalogue, Unily intranet, brand portal Frontify, and Shopify merchandise, coordinating with Global Communications and Product teams. English fluency is required.

Formación

• Degree or diploma in Digital Marketing, Business Informatics, Media & Communication, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience managing marketing, communication, or digital platforms and tools in an international business environment.
• Experience managing SaaS platforms throughout their lifecycle, including implementation, adoption, and license renewals.
• Experience with intranet, collaboration, brand management, marketing technology, or e‑commerce platforms (e.g. Microsoft 365, Unily, Frontify, Shopify).

Responsabilidades

• Own the product roadmap forCatalogue and price list creation platform by managing a transparent backlog and prioritizing features.
• Evolve the Unily intranet platform and improve user experience to boost adoption.
• Manage internal communication platforms including Microsoft Viva Engage and Stream.
• Govern QR code and link campaigns via Bitly across global marketing campaigns.
• Operate and grow the survey & analytics stack (Hotjar & Qualtrics) for actionable insights.
• Run the brand management platform Frontify and ensure assets and guidelines are up-to-date and adopted.
• Maintain the Shopify-based merchandise solution and coordinate seasonal updates.
• Drive supplier management across the portfolio including contracts and SLAs.
• Serve as interface between service providers and Global Communications.
• Lead stakeholder management across global functions and local markets.
