Responsibilities :

• Conduct competition analysis of targeted markets and products.
• Create training materials and deliver training sessions internally and externally.
• Engage with customers and manage pre-sales projects.
• Collaborate with partners, gather questions and suggestions, and provide feedback to relevant departments.
• Troubleshoot basic problems and compile FAQs.

Key Skills & Requirements :

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Telecommunication or IT Engineering preferred.
• Be attentive to customer and partner requirements and capable of summarizing them effectively.
• Knowledge of IT and telecommunications.
• Understanding of basic data center solutions such as servers, operating systems, and storage solutions.
• Familiarity with office tools is preferable.
• Self-motivated and proactive.
