Responsibilities:

• Conduct competition analysis of targeted markets/products.
• Develop training materials and deliver trainings internally and externally.
• Engage with customers and manage pre-sales projects.
• Collaborate with partners, gather questions and suggestions, and provide feedback to relevant departments.
• Troubleshoot basic problems and compile FAQs.

Key Skills & Requirements:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Telecommunication/IT Engineering preferred.
• Sensitivity to customer/partner requirements and strong summarization skills.
• Knowledge of IT and telecommunication systems.
• Understanding of basic data center solutions: servers, operating systems, storage solutions.
• Familiarity with office tools is preferred.
• Self-motivated and proactive.
