Fail Fast Barcelona is seeking a Product Designer to join a multidisciplinary product team and shape digital experiences that bring real value to users and businesses.

You will partner with Product Managers, Engineers, and stakeholders to explore user needs, design end-to-end journeys, and work across discovery, research, and delivery with a strong emphasis on AI-assisted design responsibly.

Formación

• 2 to 5 years of experience designing digital products.
• Experience creating user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity interfaces.
• Knowledge of user research methodologies and usability testing.
• Strong foundations in visual design and interaction design.
• Experience working with design systems.
• Proficiency with Figma or similar design tools; agile team collaboration.
• Familiarity with AI-assisted design workflows and prompt creation.
• Professional level of English.

Responsabilidades

TWe are looking for aProduct Designer to join a cross-functional product team and help shape digital experiences that bring real value to users and businesses.

In this role, you'll partner closely with Product Managers, Engineers, and other stakeholders to identify user needs, explore opportunities, and design intuitive solutions from concept through launch. You'll have ownership over defined product areas while continuing to strengthen your research, product thinking, and design skills.

What you'll do

Discover and define opportunities

• Collaborate in product discovery initiatives to better understand customer challenges, behaviors, and goals.
• Analyze workflows, user needs, and business requirements to help identify areas for improvement.
• Contribute to problem definition and opportunity assessment using research and customer insights.
• Build a strong understanding of the product ecosystem and market context.

Conduct research and gather insights

• Participate in user interviews, usability testing, and other research activities.
• Collect and synthesize qualitative and quantitative feedback into actionable recommendations.
• Leverage AI-powered tools when appropriate to accelerate insight generation, identify patterns, and support hypothesis creation.
• Validate assumptions, concepts, and design decisions with customer feedback and data.

Design user-centered solutions

• Create end-to-end experiences, including user journeys, workflows, wireframes, prototypes, and polished interfaces.
• Apply UX best practices and design system guidelines to ensure consistency and usability.
• Explore multiple design directions and refine solutions based on testing and feedback.
• Balance user needs, business objectives, and technical constraints when making design decisions.
• Use AI tools to support ideation, UX writing, prototyping, and design exploration.

Deliver high-quality experiences

• Take ownership of the design process for specific features and product initiatives.
• Prepare design documentation, specifications, and handoff materials for development teams.
• Partner closely with engineers throughout implementation to ensure design quality.
• Review released features and identify opportunities for optimization and continuous improvement.

Make data-informed decisions

• Use customer feedback, behavioral metrics, and research findings to support design recommendations.
• Connect user outcomes with business objectives and product performance indicators.
• Measure the impact of design solutions and iterate when necessary.

Collaborate and contribute

• Work as an active member of a multidisciplinary product team.
• Participate in design reviews and provide constructive feedback to peers.
• Share best practices, learnings, and innovative approaches that improve team effectiveness.
• Promote responsible and thoughtful use of AI within design workflows.

What we're looking for

Required qualifications

• Experience partnering closely with Product Managers and Engineering teams.
• Understanding of outcome-focused product development.
