Grup Montaner, a consultancy partnering with a leading European specialty chemicals distributor, seeks a Junior Industry Manager for the Personal Care division to shape the commercial strategy across Spain and Portugal.

You will collaborate with international manufacturers, build strategic customer relationships, and travel 3–5 times per week to drive growth, supported by Regulatory, Technical Laboratory, and Inside Sales teams.

• Lead growth of Personal Care unit and define commercial strategy for market.
• Identify and develop new business opportunities using a technical, consultative sales approach.
• Build long-term strategic relationships with industrial customers and manufacturers.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the growth of the Personal Care business unit by defining and executing the commercial strategy for your market.
• Identify and develop new business opportunities through a technical, consultative sales approach.
• Build long-term strategic relationships with industrial customers, becoming their trusted business partner.
• Represent leading international manufacturers, developing the market with innovative technologies and solutions.
• Monitor market trends, identify new applications, and uncover growth opportunities.
• Manage relationships with international suppliers and collaborate on market development strategies.
• Work with Inside Sales to deliver tailored solutions meeting customer needs.
• Manage medium-to-long-term sales cycles with technical and commercial follow-up until opportunities close.
• Conduct regular face-to-face customer visits across Spain and Portugal (approximately 3-5 visits per week).
• Represent the company at trade shows, conferences, and industry events.
