Draivi is a leading performance marketing company that helps its partners acquire customers online. With a presence in the Nordics, Spain, Germany, and other countries, we generate 400,000 unique leads each month through our comparison websites and have nearly 6 million registered users.

We are seeking a driven and ambitious Junior Partnership Manager to join our dynamic team. As a Junior Partnership Manager, you will be responsible for managing existing partners, securing and finding growth opportunities, and communicating with partners to develop mutually beneficial relationships.

This role is critical in driving our business forward in Spain and offers opportunities to work closely with:

Key players in the financial services industry (including consumer finance, banking, and insurance companies), helping them maximize their customer acquisition strategies through our lead generation platforms.

An international team of professionals, giving you exposure to diverse markets and best practices across Europe, as well as a place for professional growth in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.

This role is based in Barcelona and we are looking for someone who is motivated to work closely with our local team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage existing partners (publishers, lenders, banks, brokers)

  • Find new partners and growth opportunities

  • Communicate and develop relationships with partners

  • Present findings, ideas, and new prospects to the Country Manager and the team in Spain

Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of B2B digital sales

  • Good English and Spanish skills (written and oral), additional languages a plus (Finnish, Swedish and/or German)

  • Basic knowledge of terminology in digital marketing

  • Strong negotiation and presentation skills

  • Basic knowledge of digital marketing and affiliate marketing

  • Basic knowledge of consumer loans

  • Ability to perform market research

  • Good skills in MS and Google environment
