Job summary

POWER PROBE EUROPE in Asturias is seeking a Junior Order Management & Transactional Accounting Specialist to kick off a career in Finance. You will support order processing, invoicing, cash allocation and reconciliations across Spain, UK and US entities.

On-site, Monday–Friday, 12:00–20:00, permanent full-time. The role suits a recent graduate with a degree in Business/Finance/Accounting, 0–2 years of accounting or admin experience, strong Excel skills, and English at B2 or higher.

Qualifications

• Degree or vocational qualification in Business, Finance or Accounting.
• 0–2 years of experience in accounting, administration or customer service.
• Good Excel skills.
• English level B2 or above.
• A methodical, organised and detail-oriented person with a willingness to learn.

Responsibilities

POWER PROBE is looking for a Junior Order Management & Transactional Accounting Specialist to join our Finance team in Asturias.

What you'll be doing:

• Processing and checking customer orders in SAP.
• Registering and matching supplier invoices.
• Applying customer payments and supporting cash allocation.
• Preparing bank, customer, supplier and e-commerce reconciliations.
• Supporting month-end closing activities.
• Handling routine customer and supplier queries.
• Providing cover for daily finance operations when required.

What we're looking for:

• Degree or vocational qualification in Business, Finance or Accounting.
• 0–2 years of experience in accounting, administration or customer service.

Experience with SAP or another ERP, and previous internships in accounting or order processing, would be an advantage.
