Are you ready to kickstart your career in a dynamic and fast-growing company? We're looking for a Junior Operations Manager - Portuguese speaking to join our amazing team in Madrid.

How you'll be hosting with heart:

1. You will be responsible for managing our properties in the Portuguese market and across the northern region of Spain, ensuring the daily operations run smoothly. This involves coordinating with local service providers and visiting properties as necessary.

2. You will ensure our existing processes and guidelines are up-to-date and contribute to developing and implementing new ones.

3. You will maintain high-quality standards at our limehomes across all locations and visit properties on-site to ensure standards are met.

4. You will liaise with our team and partners, establishing strong relationships with suppliers (cleaning, laundry, F&B, etc.) to ensure smooth operations.

5. You will work closely with the Operations Manager and relevant stakeholders to improve operations at limehome.

What you'll need to shoot for the stars with us:

1. A bachelor's degree in Economics, Tourism/Hospitality, or related fields, and availability for a full-time position in Madrid.

2. Good Microsoft Excel skills.

3. Fluency in Portuguese, with good command of Spanish and English.

4. Strong organizational skills, project management abilities, and a team-oriented mindset.

5. Ownership mentality, problem-solving skills, and the ability to stay calm under stress.

6. Ability to work independently and utilize analytical skills effectively.
