Are you ready to kickstart your career in a dynamic and fast-growing company? We're looking for a Junior Operations Manager - Portuguese speaking to join our amazing team in

How you'll be hosting with heart :

You will be responsible for managing ourproperties in the Portuguese market and across the northern region of Spain, ensuring the daily operations run smoothly. This will involve coordinating with our local service providers and visiting the properties whenever necessary

You guarantee our existing processes and guidelines are up to date and contribute to the development / implementation of new ones

You make sure the high-quality standards or our limehomes in all of our suite locations are met and you will even be visiting our beautiful properties on-site

You are linking our team and our partners and establishing a strong relationship with our suppliers (cleaning, laundry, F&B...) to ensure smooth operations for all limehomes

You work closely with our Operations Manager and all relevant stakeholders to improve our operations at limehome

What you'll need to shoot for the stars with us :

You have a bachelor's degree in Economics, Tourism / Hospitality or related fields and would be available for a full-time position with us in Madrid

You have good Microsoft Excel skills

You are fluent in Portuguese, and have a good command of both Spanish and English

You have the ability to organize projects, appointments and are a team player

You take ownership, love to tackle challenges and issues and keep cool in stressful situations

You structure your work individually and love to use your analytical capabilities
