Ebury seeks a Junior Operations Analyst for our Leon office in a hybrid setup (4 days in office, 1 day remote). You will support payments processing, client inquiries, and transaction reporting, gaining exposure to international finance workflows. This role offers professional growth and a clear path to more senior operations responsibilities.

Responsabilidades

• Verify client payments and ensure adherence to SLAs.
• Complete payment beneficiaries processing.
• Assist clients with transaction questions via email, phone, and chat.
• Take instructions from clients interacting with Ebury offline.
• Own assigned tasks end-to-end and ensure accuracy.
• Create and enrich transaction reporting files manually.
• Reconcile client funds, FX settlements, and internal cash movements.
• Investigate unallocated funds and escalate as needed.
• Fund client trades when manual funding is required.
• Check status of payments in third-party banking platforms (SWIFT GPI).
• Update client information per processes.
• Communicate task status to colleagues and managers and escalate issues promptly.
• Adhere to internal policies and SLAs.
• Seek feedback and learn from mistakes.
