Your role

As a Junior Operation Analyst, you will join our team and collaborate on cross-functional activities with departments such as procurement, maintenance, data, and customer care. Your primary focus will be on optimizing and scaling procurement processes, which includes placing orders, tracking their progress, and providing visibility to all stakeholders. You will be responsible for monitoring and reporting the evolution of the procurement area, assisting in checking inventory levels, and maintaining accurate records. Additionally, the role involves verifying invoices, researching suppliers, comparing prices, and identifying opportunities for cost savings.

Your journey

  • Communicate with suppliers to request quotes, place orders, and ensure timely delivery of goods and services.
  • Support the preparation and processing of purchase orders, ensuring accuracy in item descriptions, quantities, and pricing.
  • Track inventory levels and assist in identifying when new orders are needed to prevent stockouts.
  • Conduct market research to identify potential suppliers, compare prices, and evaluate product quality.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of purchases, delivery schedules, and supplier information in the procurement system.
  • Assist in reviewing supplier invoices against purchase orders and delivery notes to ensure accuracy before processing payments.
  • Support cost analysis efforts and help identify opportunities for savings or improved terms with suppliers.
  • Collaboration and ownership in cross-functional projects.

What do you bring to your trip

  • Bachelor´s degree in Business Administration or related field.
  • 1 year of similar working experience. Basic knowledge of supply chain, inventory control, or procurement processes.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office or Google Workspace, especially Excel, Word, and Google Sheets, useful for tracking purchases, creating reports, and managing supplier data
  • Fluent in Spanish and English.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and handle data accurately.
  • Problem-solving mindset and experience identifying and resolving issues or improving processes.
  • Full-time availability.
