What we look for? We are seeking a Junior Mulesoft Platform Support Engineer to assist in the daily operations, monitoring, and maintenance of the Mulesoft Anypoint Platform. This entry-level position is ideal for individuals eager to develop expertise in integration platform support within a dynamic IT environment.

High english level is required.

Key Responsibilities : Monitor platform health and performance using tools like Anypoint Monitoring. Assist in deploying and managing APIs and integrations on CloudHub and on-premise environments. Support incident response and troubleshooting under the guidance of senior team members. Perform routine maintenance tasks, including log analysis and system checks. Document operational procedures and support activities. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure platform stability.

Mandatory requirements : Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. Basic understanding of integration concepts and APIs. Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Effective communication and teamwork abilities. English at least C1
