Junior Mulesoft Platform Support Engineer (Remote from Spain), Murcia

We are seeking a Junior Mulesoft Platform Support Engineer to assist in the daily operations, monitoring, and maintenance of the Mulesoft Anypoint Platform. This entry-level position is ideal for individuals eager to develop expertise in integration platform support within a dynamic IT environment.

Responsibilities include:

  • Monitoring platform health and performance using tools like Anypoint Monitoring.
  • Assisting in deploying and managing APIs and integrations on CloudHub and on-premise environments.
  • Supporting incident response and troubleshooting under the guidance of senior team members.
  • Performing routine maintenance tasks, including log analysis and system checks.
  • Documenting operational procedures and support activities.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure platform stability.

Mandatory requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • Basic understanding of integration concepts and APIs.
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Effective communication and teamwork abilities.
  • English at least C1 level.
