Descripción del empleo

As a Junior Medical Science Liaison, you will play a supporting role in the development and maintenance of scientific relationships with key opinion leaders (KOLs), physicians, and other healthcare professionals (HCPs) in Spain. You’ll assist in organizing and delivering educational programs, collecting local scientific insights, and facilitating clinical trial activities under the guidance of senior MSLs and the Head of Medical Affairs.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Building and maintaining strong peer-to-peer relationships with KOLs and HCPs
  • Participate in scientific meetings, advisory boards, and local congresses to support engagement efforts.
  • Help prepare and deliver medical-scientific presentations and training sessions for internal teams and external HCPs.
  • Collect and document field insights regarding local clinical practice, treatment pathways, and unmet needs.
  • Supporting Key Account Managers (KAMs) in identifying and engaging influential experts in the field.
  • Supporting trials, ensuring compliance with local regulatory guidelines.

What you bring to this role:

  • Master’s or PharmD/MD degree with at least 2 years of experience in Medical Affairs, clinical research, or a related field.
  • Familiarity with clinical development processes and basic understanding of trial operations.
  • Demonstrated ability to operate compliantly in a field-based role, effectively collaborating within both the medical and commercial organizations.
  • Fluency in both English and Spanish, with excellent oral and written communication skills in both languages.
  • Experience in the aesthetics or dermatology field is highly beneficial

This is a field-based role, requiring a willingness to travel nationally up to 75% of the time. Travel commitments will include participation in international Medical Affairs meetings, team meetings, and other group gatherings, attendance at both national and international congresses (some of these events will take place on weekends).
