TVU Networks' Marketing team is looking for a full-time Junior Marketing Specialist.

Stationed in Barcelona and reporting to our European Marketing Manager, the ideal candidate will be an integral part of the team.

The candidate will be responsible for planning and hosting European trade shows, customer workshops and webinars, creating and designing campaign assets such as emails, landing pages, press releases, and turning customer stories into sales enablement materials.

Data analysis skills are essential for assessing marketing performance and driving informed, strategic decisions.

Plan and host all aspects of online and offline European events, trade shows, and conferences in collaboration with our global marketing team to deepen customer relationships and attract new prospects.

Create effective campaign assets, including emails, newsletters, social media content, videos, landing pages, and advertisements, to grow our presence in Europe.

Identify relevant customer stories and turn them into demand generation / sales enablement materials, working with the marketing and sales teams.

Measure and report the effectiveness of all relevant marketing activities in the region.

Apply learnings and provide insights using strong data analysis skills.

High proficiency in English, both written and verbally (mandatory).

Fluency in Spanish, French or German is a plus.

Bachelor's degree or equivalent in marketing, communications or business.

You have experience in data analysis and tools such as Google Analytics to assess marketing performance.

You have experience in organizing events, managing advertising and mailing campaigns from conception to results analysis.

Strong copywriting skills with a great writing style that can be both professional and fun.

Have a passion for technology and the ability to learn complex in-house software and systems easily.

This role reports to the European Marketing Manager.
