About Skycop
Skycop is an international company fighting for passenger rights. We help travelers claim compensation for flight delays, cancellations, and other travel disruptions. With millions of passengers helped worldwide, we are expanding our global reach and looking for a motivated Junior Marketing Manager to join our marketing team in Santa Cruz de Tenerife.

Your Responsibilities:

• Assist in the planning and execution of marketing campaigns across digital and traditional channels
• Coordinate content creation (social media posts, newsletters, blog articles, website updates)
• Monitor and report on campaign performance, helping optimize based on KPIs
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis
• Support performance marketing, email marketing, SEO, and PR initiatives
• Help manage social media accounts and engage with audiences
• Work closely with senior marketing team members and other departments

What We Expect:

• 1–2 years of experience in a marketing-related role (internship or entry-level job counts)
• A degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
• Strong interest in digital marketing and branding
• Excellent communication skills in English (spoken and written)
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Proactive attitude and willingness to learn
• Experience with tools like Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, Canva, or email marketing platforms is a plus
