Position Overview

To further develop our business, we are looking for a driven Junior Marketing & Affiliate Manager to scale affiliate partner acquisition and execute wider marketing activities across all regions.

Symbaloo offers a challenging position where you will expand your knowledge of online marketing, including affiliate marketing, email marketing, social media, blog posts, SEO, and advertising.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and manage weekly content operations for the Symbaloo platform, including seasonal, advertiser, and product highlights.
• Collaborate with key stakeholders, including Product and Design teams in our Delft Office.
• Create and develop content marketing programs to enhance brand awareness, customer loyalty, retention, and cross-use.
• Manage affiliate partnerships, including negotiating commission rates and joint campaigns.
• Report on campaign performance and identify growth opportunities.
• Implement innovations to facilitate business growth.
• Assist with business administration related to affiliate networks and reporting.

Location

This position is based at our headquarters in Delft. Applicants must have an EU passport or valid European work visa. Partial remote work is possible.

Ideal Candidate Profile

• Graduated in a business-related field such as international business or marketing and commerce.
• Ability to connect data to conclusions easily.
• Proficiency in English is required.
• Additional languages are a plus.
• Enjoys working in an international team (with members in the Netherlands, US, and El Salvador).
• Interest in online marketing.
• Eager to learn and start your career.
• Available for at least 32 hours per week.
