Salary: EUR 24,300 per year gross with bonuses

We're looking for a motivated and data-driven Campaign Specialist to join a vibrant team in Barcelona. You'll be working directly with a portfolio of new clients, helping them launch their first online advertising campaigns and making a real impact on their businesses.

What You'll Do

1. Be a trusted consultant for clients as they build and develop their PPC campaigns
2. Understand customer goals and tailor solutions to meet their needs
3. Drive increased campaign investment and long-term client growth
4. Manage a high volume of client interactions via phone on a daily basis

What We're Looking For

1. Bachelor's degree or equivalent (Masters in Marketing, Digital Marketing, or Communications is a plus)
2. 1-2 years of experience in sales and/or online advertising
3. Passion for meeting and exceeding goals related to performance, compliance, and client satisfaction
4. Excellent communication skills to effectively pitch ideas and create persuasive proposals
5. Strong time management and organizational abilities
6. Analytical mindset with attention to detail
7. A proactive, customer-centric attitude with a genuine interest in digital solutions
8. Team player who thrives in a fast-moving and ever-evolving environment
9. Native-level German and a high level of English
