We’re currently looking for a creative, data-driven Campaign Specialist to join our team in beautiful Barcelona. This is your chance to build a meaningful career while working with one of the most influential tech ecosystems in the world.

About the Role

As a Campaign Specialist, you’ll collaborate with a portfolio of new clients to help them build their first online advertising campaigns. Your work will have a real impact on their business success. This is a target-driven environment where you'll play a key role on a supportive and ambitious onboarding team.

What You’ll Do

1. Be a trusted advisor to clients, guiding them through campaign creation and optimization
2. Understand clients' goals and tailor advertising strategies to meet their needs
3. Drive client success by increasing ad spend and ensuring long-term engagement
4. Manage a high volume of potential clients daily through phone interactions

What We’re Looking For

1. BA/BS degree or equivalent (Advanced degrees in Marketing or Communications are a plus)
2. At least 1-2 years of experience in sales or online advertising
3. A results-driven mindset with a passion for meeting goals and creating great client experiences
4. Excellent communication skills; confident on the phone and persuasive in writing
5. Strong organizational and time management abilities
6. Analytical thinker with a focus on problem-solving and customer impact
7. Enthusiastic team player who thrives in a changing environment
8. Native-level Dutch and a high level of English
