A leading logistics company in Barcelona is seeking a Logistics Support Specialist to assist with day-to-day transport planning and shipment execution. Duties include preparing shipping documents, monitoring shipment status, and providing administrative support. Ideal candidates have a good knowledge of MS Excel and basic Spanish and English proficiency. This role is suitable for candidates with 0-2 years of logistics experience or relevant internships.

Formación

• Basic understanding of Incoterms and international shipping terms.

Descripción del empleo

Your responsibilities will include

• Support day-to-day transport planning and shipment execution (inbound & outbound).
• Prepare and check shipping documents (invoices, packing lists, customs docs).
• Monitor shipment status and update internal stakeholders on delivery progress.
• Assist with warehouse coordination (stock movements, receipts, dispatches).
• Provide administrative support to senior logistics team members.
• Maintain accurate records in ERP and TMS systems.
• Carry out invoice verification processes, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely resolution of discrepancies

Minimum requirements

• Good knowledge of MS Excel and willingness to learn ERP/TMS systems (SAP etc.).
• Basic understanding of Incoterms and international shipping terms.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in documentation.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Good communication skills, team player attitude.
• Spanish and English proficiency (basic written & spoken for emails and calls).
• 0–2 years of logistics/supply chain experience (or fresh graduate with internship background).
• Proven ability to work effectively with diverse systems and quickly adapt to new technologies
