Insud Pharma busca un trainee para su departamento legal, donde se implicará en la transformación digital y proyectos de legal tech. Los candidatos participarán en el manejo de contratos en un entorno internacional, adquiriendo habilidades importantes en un equipo diverso.

Formación

• Grado en Derecho, preferiblemente con Máster o interés en Tecnología Legal.
• Fluidez en español e inglés es esencial.
• Interés fuerte en tecnología y herramientas digitales.

Responsabilidades

• Participar en la implementación de la plataforma legal innovadora de Insud Pharma.
• Revisar contratos y crear plantillas y listas de verificación.
• Adquirir experiencia práctica en gestión de contratos y tecnología legal.

What are we looking for?

To be trained within the Legal Department, focusing on the development and implementation of the Legal Department transformation project, including digitalization and legal technology initiatives.

The challenge!

• The trainee will gain practical experience in Legal Technology and Contract Management.
• Training will include direct involvement in the deployment of Insud Pharma's innovative legal platform, emphasizing matters management and digitalization.
• The trainee will have the opportunity to work alongside a diverse team of legal experts in an international environment, familiarizing with various contracts within the pharmaceutical industry, from development to commercialization.
• Additionally, the trainee will develop essential contract skills by reviewing contracts, creating templates, and designing checklists for contract review.
• Throughout the training, the trainee will learn about the procedures, workflows, and best practices of an international legal team.

What do you need?

• Education: Law Degree; a Master in Commercial Law or Legal Technology is a plus.
• Languages: Fluent Spanish and English.
• Experience: Not required; previous internship in law firms is a plus.
• Specific Knowledge: Experience with Microsoft 365 tools and artificial intelligence; a strong interest in technology is essential.
• Personal skills: Impact and influence, good communication skills.
• Availability: Flexible start time from Monday to Friday (full-time 40 hours).
