Formación

Responsibilities
  1. Employment Law Assistance and Compliance
  2. Provide daily advice on employment laws and regulations in collaboration with the customer success team.
  3. Draft and review employment agreements, employee handbooks, and other documents to ensure legal compliance.
  4. Advise local management and HR on employment issues such as recruiting, hiring, employee relations, discipline, terminations, compliance with European working time laws, investigations, leaves, discrimination, harassment, contingent workers, compensation, benefits, litigation, and negotiated exits.
  5. In-House Development
  6. Develop and implement processes for contract negotiation and operations.
  7. Create and maintain training materials, playbooks, and guidelines.
Requirements
  • 25 years of experience (in-house experience is not essential).
  • Specialist knowledge of Spanish employment law.
  • Fluency in English, Spanish, and Catalan.
  • Proactive, autonomous, resilient, adaptable, eager to learn and develop professionally.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Your CV must be submitted in English.
