What is it like to be a Legal Counsel at DHV Technology?

As a Legal Counsel at DHV Technology, you will be an essential part of our Corporate Services team, contributing to the legal oversight and compliance of a growing international company within the aerospace sector. You will play a key role in supporting the business across a variety of legal and administrative matters, from contract review to labor law, export compliance, and corporate governance.

This position is ideal for a legal professional who wants to transition from traditional law firm work to an in-house legal role, offering exposure to a wide range of business and legal issues in an innovative, fast-paced, and collaborative environment.

Responsibilities:

As a Legal Counsel at DHV Technology, your main responsibilities will include:

• Reviewing customs documentation (import/export) prior to management approval.
• Reviewing and filing Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs).
• Supporting the preparation of documentation required for export license applications.
• Assisting in the maintenance of internal Compliance systems, including the Code of Ethics, whistleblower channel, and anti-harassment protocol.
• Assisting in the review of administrative documentation for Requests for Proposal (RFPs).
• Reviewing collaboration agreements with universities.
• Supporting the HR department in labor-related matters.
• Responding to legal or administrative inquiries from other departments.

Education and Requirements:

To be considered for this position, the following qualifications are required:

• Law degree.
• Master’s in Legal Advisory Services (alternatively, Master’s in Labor or Tax Law will be considered).
• 2–3 years of experience in a law firm.
• Knowledge and/or experience in labor law.
• Knowledge and/or experience in tax law.
• Written and spoken fluency in English.
• A clear interest in building a career within a corporate environment (we are looking for a profile oriented beyond the traditional Spanish legal framework).
