Formación

• 2-3 years of experience in corporate/commercial law at a top-tier law firm.
• Fluency in English, with knowledge of Italian or Portuguese as a plus.

Descripción del empleo

The ideal candidate will have a corporate and / or commercial law background, preferably with 2-3 years of experience in a top-tier law firm.

Key Responsibilities :

• Assist with corporate documentation and maintain the legal department’s document database.
• Assist with drafting and reviewing customer contracts, supply contracts, licenses, and other types of legal documents.
• Assist in the preparation of applications, reports, and filings and generally support the legal team with various legal and regulatory related tasks.
• Research specific legal questions and provide direct and commercially relevant summaries.
• Process and respond to complaints and inquiries.

Qualifications :

• Experience working in a legal environment, with a background in corporate / commercial law preferably at a top-tier law firm.
• Familiarity with digital services markets.
• Privacy and digital law knowledge is highly valued.
• Interest and motivation, willingness to train and work in a fast-paced environment
• Strong drafting, research, communication, and organizational skills
• Registration as a lawyer with the relevant Bar Association is a bonus.
• Fluency in English. Knowledge of Italian or Portuguese is a plus.
