Overview

Junior Lawyer with a Dutch Law degree, fluent in Dutch and English, based in any EU country. Role at Kyndryl with focus on Europe, including the Netherlands, Belgium and Luxembourg, supporting the European Legal team with drafting, negotiating, and advising on a variety of commercial agreements, including outsourcing and infrastructure services contracts.

Responsibilities

• Support Kyndryl’s business teams in Europe, with a focus on the Netherlands, Belgium and Luxembourg.
• Draft, negotiate, and advise on a variety of commercial agreements, such as outsourcing and infrastructure services contracts.
• Collaborate with colleagues across Europe within the European Legal team to maintain business operations and regulatory compliance.
• Demonstrate proactive ownership, leadership, and ability to work in cross-border teams; develop expertise through continuous learning.

Qualifications

• Law Degree from a Dutch or Belgian university (LL.M. and other relevant qualifications are a plus).
• 1-3 years of professional experience as a lawyer or in contract management / negotiations, ideally from a top-tier law firm or in-house role.
• Strong communication skills in Dutch and English (spoken and written); proficiency in additional European languages is a plus.
• Ability to draft and negotiate contracts with integrity under pressure; problem-solving mindset with creative legal solutions.
• Team player with a hands-on, can-do attitude; agile with a strong sense of ownership and leadership.
• Willingness to travel; candidate may be based in any EU country.
