Junior Lawyer - IT Contract Negotiation

Adecco is looking for a Junior Lawyer to join a renowned leader in IT infrastructure.

Your role will include :

• Supporting procurement in the IT services industry as part of an international team of lawyers.
• Analyzing and advising on various legal matters related to IT contracts with suppliers in Europe and the Middle East.
• Negotiating IT contracts autonomously as a member of a multidisciplinary team, with a strong emphasis on knowledge of NDA and NTA .

• Salary : €2,500 gross / month.

What we are looking for :

• Law degree.
• At least three years of professional experience as a commercial lawyer (knowledge of NPA and DPA).
• Experience in contracting and negotiation.
• Experience working in an international team and with contracts in English.
• Full professional proficiency in English (C2 level).
• Postgraduate or master's degrees in IT Law, Intellectual Property (IP), or Privacy Law will be positively valued.
