Job summary

Perfetti Van Melle in Spain is seeking a Junior Key Account to support the Account Manager in Non-Food and Convenience channels and help deliver the Annual Sales Plan for these channels. You’ll contribute to commercial success by preparing customer analyses, coordinating promotional activities, monitoring sales performance, and supporting the execution of customer business plans.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Marketing or a related field.
• 1–3 years of professional experience within an international FMCG company or another large multinational organization.
• Experience in Marketing or Trade Marketing is highly preferred.
• Exposure to Key Account Management, Category Management or Shopper/Trade Marketing will be considered a strong advantage.
• Strong commercial mindset with excellent customer orientation.
• Analytical skills with the ability to interpret sales data and transform insights into business actions.
• Good communication, influencing and stakeholder management skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
• Experience using Nielsen market data tools is an advantage.
• Knowledge of SAP is considered an advantage.
• Fluent Spanish and English.
• Proactive, collaborative and results-oriented attitude with a willingness to learn and grow.
• Availability to travel nationally.

Responsibilities

• Support the Account Manager in managing key customers within the Non-Food and Convenience channels and executing commercial plans.
• Prepare customer presentations, business reviews, commercial proposals and sales analyses.
• Monitor sales performance, identify business opportunities and provide recommendations based on customer and market insights.
• Coordinate promotional activities and commercial initiatives together with Marketing and Trade Marketing teams.
• Collaborate with Customer Service to ensure excellent service levels and smooth execution of customer activities.
• Prepare regular reports on sales, profitability and promotional performance.
• Support assortment management, promotional planning and execution of annual customer business plans.
• Assist in commercial negotiations and follow up on agreed customer actions.
• Maintain accurate customer reporting while ensuring compliance with internal processes.

As Junior Key Account, you will support the Account Manager in managing Non-Food and Convenience customers and delivering the Annual Sales Plan for these channels.
