Mondelez International invites ambitious graduates to join our Madrid internship program for 12 months (start Jan–Mar 2027). You will work on marketing and sales projects, learning from industry experts and contributing to brands' growth.

We offer a 1000€ scholarship, two business school courses, a buddy support, flexible hours and a supportive, international environment where you can grow from day one.

You might be the one we are looking for if…

• You recently finished a University Degree (last year or recent completion)
• You have strong communication and analytical skills
• You are proactive and autonomous, willing to learn and passionate about marketing and sales
• You are fluent in both English and Spanish
• You have European Work Permit

• Place of work: Madrid
• Beginning: January – March 2027 (depending on the position)
• Duration: 12 months (6 months + 6 months agreement)
• Training: You will enroll in 2 training courses from a Business School.
• Buddy: You will have a buddy that will support your manager to ensure your get the most of your experience with us.
• Scholarship help: 1000€
• Advantages: Flexible working, reduced schedule on Fridays and summer reduced schedule

The responsibilities of this position are performed within the framework of a regional business model that is defined and managed by Mondelēz Europe GmbH, Switzerland.
