Junior Key Account Manager / Sales Administrator
We're looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Junior Key Account Manager / Sales Administrator to support our B2B sales team in the automotive sector, specifically in braking pads. This is a great opportunity for someone who wants to grow into a Key Account Manager role. You’ll start with back-office and support tasks and gradually take on more responsibility in customer-facing roles.
This is a great fit if you're hands-on, eager to learn, and ready to grow into a sales-focused career in a fast-paced, international environment.
Location: Barcelona (Spain) or Mondovì (Italy)
Languages: English is mandatory. German and any additional EU languages are a strong plus.
What You’ll Do
- Help the Key Account Managers with daily tasks like data entry and contract management
- Coordinate responses to customer requests and questions
2. Order & Inventory Management
- Process and follow up on orders from OEM and Tier 1 clients
- Track delivery times and inventory with supply chain and logistics teams
- Communicate proactively with customers about their order status
3. Customer Account Support
- Join meetings with clients: take notes, prepare agendas, and follow up on actions
- Assist in analyzing and reporting on customer account performance
- Learn the ins and outs of key accounts to eventually manage them directly
4. Reporting & Insights
- Create regular sales reports for the team
- Monitor key sales metrics like order accuracy and delivery timelines
- Work with marketing on competitive analysis and account planning
5. CRM Management
- Keep customer information updated in the CRM system
- Log interactions, track opportunities, and maintain data accuracy
- Use CRM tools to support your team and provide valuable insights
6. Market & Competitor Research
- Stay up to date on trends in the automotive industry
- Research competitors and identify potential new opportunities
- Support marketing and account teams with relevant data
7. Improve Processes
- Look for ways to make sales and customer service processes more efficient
- Work with teams like logistics, finance, and product to improve operations
8. Grow Into Account Management
- Take part in training to build your skills in B2B sales and product knowledge
- Shadow experienced Account Managers during calls and visits
- Progress toward managing your own customer accounts
What We’re Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or similar
- 1–2 years of experience in sales support or sales admin (automotive or manufacturing a plus)
- Strong attention to detail and organization
- Confident using Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word); CRM knowledge is a plus
- Good communication skills — written and verbal
- Comfortable working with numbers and analyzing sales data
