Role Overview

Become a part of the Spain Sales team at Kellanova as a Junior Key Account Manager . In this role, you will support Key Account Managers across Spain by strengthening back-office functions for effective client interactions. This is an excellent opportunity to develop your Account Management skills, impact important customers, and leverage your expertise in customer focus, communication, and negotiation over a 6-month contract.

Key Responsibilities

  • Customer Allowances Management and Promotional Planning : Understand P&L, manage allowances using KTIE and PromoPlan.
  • Customer Performance : Focus on customer performance and identify opportunities using various information sources.
  • Commercial Execution : Monitor and develop action plans for commercial levers with customers.
  • Daily Support : Collaborate with Independent Key Account Managers to support and develop account strategies.
  • Presentations : Prepare business reviews and negotiation presentations for internal and external stakeholders.

Qualifications

  • University degree in Marketing, Sales, Business Administration, or related fields.
  • Proficiency in data analysis tools and strong IT skills.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively across teams and manage multiple priorities.
  • Fluent in Spanish and English.
