Join the Spain Sales team at Kellanova as a Junior Key Account Manager. In this role, you will support Key Account Managers across Spain by strengthening essential back-office functions for effective client interactions.

This is a perfect opportunity to make a significant impact in a short period (6 months contract), develop your Account Manager skills, and work with important customers. Leverage your expertise in customer focus, communication, and negotiation while supporting Key Accounts. Ready to make an impact?

A Taste of What You’ll Be Doing

  • Customer Allowances Management and Promotional Planning: Understanding P&L and tools to manage the allowances. Full experience with KTIE and PromoPlan management.
  • Customer Performance: Focus on customer performance and opportunities using internal and external information sources.
  • Commercial Execution: Monitor the execution of commercial levers in customers and develop action plans to share with Key Accounts.
  • Daily Support: Work daily with Independent Key Account Managers to support and develop concrete actions and plans to achieve account targets.
  • Presentations: Prepare internal and external presentations with real business situations (e.g., negotiations, business reviews with customers).

We’re Looking for Someone With

  • University degree in Marketing, Sales, Business Administration, or related fields.
  • Strong IT skills and proficiency in data analysis tools.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively across teams and manage multiple priorities.
  • Fluent in Spanish and English.
