• Certified Electrician with experience in IT infrastructure.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.

Join our team as an IT Technician in Madrid! This role will focus on providing on-site technical support for new openings and D2D troubleshooting related to access systems, internet connectivity, television services, and CCTV.

How you will "Host with Heart":

1. You will install IT infrastructure for new property openings.
2. You will provide on-site support for access control systems, internet, TV services, and CCTV.
3. You will perform regular maintenance and repairs to prevent room downtime.
4. You will document on-site infrastructure for future troubleshooting.

What you need to shoot for the stars:

1. You are a Certified Electrician.
2. You have willingness to travel up to 100% (mainly within Iberia).
3. You have previous experience with access control systems, internet networking, TV services, and CCTV.
4. You have strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
5. You communicate fluently in Spanish. English is a plus.
