Formación

  • 1-2 years of experience in hardware/software technical support.

Currently, for one of our offices in Madrid , we are looking for a Junior IT Technician with experience in managing, maintaining, and supporting hardware and software to ensure the proper functioning of the company's technological infrastructure. The selected candidate will be responsible for installing, configuring, and updating equipment and systems, as well as providing on-site technical support to internal users. Your responsibilities: Install, configure, and maintain hardware (PCs, laptops, printers, network hardware, etc.). Update software, operating systems, and business applications. Provide technical support to employees, resolving Level 1 and Level 2 incidents related to hardware and software. Document procedures, configurations, and technical solutions. Train users in best practices for using technological tools. We offer: Long-term contract and full-time position. Schedule: Monday to Friday 09:00 to 18:00hr (lunch break). Immediate incorporation. MIN REQUIREMENTS: Requirements : Fluency in Spanish and English , level B2 or higher mandatory; other languages are a plus. Degree in IT-related studies or equivalent vocational training. Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in hardware/software technical support. Strong knowledge of Windows and macOS operating systems under MDM. Basic networking skills (DHCP, TCP/IP). Problem-solving skills and customer service orientation. Ability to work in a team and handle multiple tasks. Experience with ticketing systems (not mandatory but a plus). Valid driver's license (Category B) Availability to travel nationally and internationally (not frequently).
