Alpega is seeking a Junior Procurement Officer in the indirect procurement domain (IT & Purchased Services) based in Sant Cugat del Vallès with a flexible, hybrid work model. You will support the Procurement Manager, working with Finance, IT, Legal, and Information Security to ensure cost-effective, compliant purchases and proper documentation.

You will help with supplier offers, renewals, due diligence, and records management while building cross-functional relationships across the company.

Formación

• Strong attention to detail and rigorous process adherence.
• Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple contracts and deadlines.
• Ability to read and analyze documents (contracts, quotes) and draft clear questions.
• Comfortable using tracking/workflow tools to manage calendars, renewals and follow-ups.
• Fluent English (C1-C2) for internal and vendor communications.

Responsabilidades

• Support the Procurement Manager with supplier management (RFI/RFQ) and contract finalization.
• Track software and SaaS renewals; proactively flag renewal dates to avoid costs.
• Assist with vendor onboarding and due diligence for data security/privacy (SOC 2, NIS, GDPR).
• Maintain records of POs, contracts and invoices; perform PO-to-contract-to-invoice matching.
• Coordinate basic contract reviews with Legal and Information Security.
