WHAT WOULD YOU NEED?

• University degree in Computer Engineering or related fields.
• 2 years of experience in software development project management, focusing on data management projects in cloud environments.
• Experience managing cloud software projects using AGILE methodologies.
• Proficiency in English and Spanish (C1 level) with professional experience in international environments.
• Corporate competencies such as responsibility, commitment, and rigor in performing functions.
• Organizational and disciplinary skills, especially when working remotely.
• Essential skills including the ability to learn, teamwork, task prioritization, analytical and methodical mindset, and the ability to work under pressure.
• Desired competencies such as involvement, initiative, and a high degree of autonomy.

WHAT WILL YOU DO?

• Governance: Lead the organization of various project governance ceremonies and gather contributions from different participants: Product Committees, Steering Committees, Rollout Committees, Gates, Digital Risks, etc., according to organizational rules.
• Project Management: Coordinate the synchronization of different project providers according to development and deployment objectives. Identify blockages among project members.
• Manage pool of contractors: Monitor the functional progress of the roadmap of various project contributors and their alignment with expected costs, identifying risks and blockages.
