As a Junior Investment Analyst, you’ll support acquisitions, market research, and financial modeling on high-impact projects. Main responsibilities
- Source and underwrite logistics real estate acquisitions and development projects in Spain
- Conduct market research, property valuation, and site visits to gather investment intelligence
- Build and maintain relationships with brokers and BTS (build-to-suit) prospects
- Prepare financial models, investment memos, letters of intent, and due diligence documentation
- Coordinate with internal teams and external advisors on legal, tax, and technical aspects of deals
- Support the internal investment approval process and present findings to the Investment Committee
- Collaborate with cross-border teams in Europe to deliver projects from acquisition to execution
Core skills/experience
- 1–3 years of experience in real estate investment, finance, or related field
- University degree in Economics, Finance, or Business
- Strong analytical skills with solid proficiency in Excel and financial modeling
- Basic understanding of real estate investment concepts and market dynamics
- Proactive and curious mindset with strong attention to detail
- Effective communicator with a collaborative, team-oriented approach
