URBAN INPUT in Barcelona is seeking a Junior Development Manager Support to aid the development management team across administrative, financial, operational and reporting tasks for multi‑project hospitality developments.

You will work closely with stakeholders, maintain budgets, assist in tendering, prepare agendas/minutes, and build monthly reports using Excel and PowerPoint. The role offers a permanent contract, exposure to real estate investment, and a supportive, international team.

Formación

• 1–3 years in real estate development or project management.
• University degree in architecture, engineering, finance or real estate.
• Advanced English and Spanish.
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail.

Responsabilidades

• Maintain regular contact with project management team to track progress and prepare documentation.
• Review budgets and invoices; monitor payments against the approved budget.
• Prepare monthly reports (financial, technical, progress) and investor updates.
• Assist with meetings, planning, budget control, and time management.
• Occasional on-site travel.
• Attend selected meetings with key stakeholders to support the development process.
