AST SpaceMobile in Barcelona, Spain, seeks a Junior Electronics Test & Hardware Engineer to support design, validation, and integration of test equipment and hardware for satellite systems.

You will develop test procedures, build RACs and benches, document designs, and collaborate with engineering and production teams to improve products and processes. A degree in Electronics and 2+ years' hardware experience are required, with hands-on lab skills and strong problem-solving ability.

Formación

• Bachelor's or Master's in Electronics Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in electronic design, hardware validation, testing, or related roles.
• Experience designing PCBs and test racks/benches is preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Design and develop hardware for test equipment, validation activities, and testing systems.
• Build, integrate RACs and test benches.
• Create, update and maintain technical documentation and design files.
• Develop test procedures and support test automation activities.
• Assemble, wire and integrate electronic systems and test equipment.
• Execute hardware validation, verification, and functional testing.
• Collaborate with engineering and production teams to support deployment of new solutions.
• Act as liaison with PCB manufacturers and suppliers.
• Identify improvement opportunities and propose technical solutions to optimize products and processes.
