We are seeking a motivated Junior Growth Project Manager (m / f / d) to join our dynamic team at JOIN. This role offers the opportunity to take ownership of marketing-related duties, drive growth initiatives, shape innovative solutions, and help define the future of HR technology. Reporting directly to the Head of Product, you’ll be at the center of efforts to accelerate growth and optimize acquisition strategies. Tasks
  • Growth Initiatives: Plan and execute growth experiments and campaigns, focusing on acquisition across multiple channels.
  • Marketing Duties: Manage and oversee marketing-related tasks, including performance marketing, content planning, and campaign execution.
  • Data Insights: Analyze performance metrics and optimize acquisition strategies.
  • Technical Contributions: Utilize technical skills to automate workflows, create dashboards, and optimize growth-related processes.
  • Project Management: Organize and prioritize tasks to ensure timely delivery of growth initiatives.
  • Communication: Provide updates to stakeholders, including the Head of Product, and ensure alignment on progress.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor’s in Business, Marketing, Analytics, a Technical Degree, or a related field.
  • Experience: 0-2 years in project management, marketing, or growth-related roles.
  • Mindset: Proactive, self-starter, and eager to take ownership of marketing and growth tasks.
Skills
  • Familiarity with growth tactics, A/B testing, and performance marketing tools.
  • Proficiency in tools like Google BigQuery or SQL to support data-driven decision-making.
  • Strong problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Familiarity with programming languages like Python or JavaScript to automate workflows.
