UST, a multinational technology services company, is seeking a Junior Functional Analyst to join its international team in Madrid. The role focuses on gathering requirements and documenting business processes within banking and financial services, with emphasis on Agile practices and API/database familiarity.

The candidate will collaborate across IT and business units, drafting BRDs, functional specs, process flows and user stories, while supporting test cases and project tracking in a dynamic

Formación

• Proactive attitude with strong willingness to learn.
• Analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Basic understanding of financial products, preferably within Wholesale Banking (knowledge of FX, Fixed Income or Rates is a plus).
• Basic understanding of APIs, REST services and databases is desirable.
• Knowledge of Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban).
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work in an international environment.
• Language: High level of English (B2).

Responsabilidades

• Gather and document business requirements under the guidance of senior functional analysts.
• Support the definition and documentation of end-to-end business processes.
• Collaborate with IT teams to clarify functional requirements.
• Prepare functional documentation (Business Requirements, Functional Specifications, Process Flows, User Stories).
• Support the definition, preparation and execution of functional and UAT test cases.
• Assist in project tracking, reporting and status updates.
• Work effectively with different business and technology stakeholders.
