Job summary

Julius Baer Group in Madrid is seeking a proactive frontend engineer to shape modern wealth management interfaces. You will design and implement frontend applications using React, JavaScript, and TypeScript within a DevOps-focused team.

You’ll translate business needs into elegant user experiences, review pull requests, and collaborate with Solution Architects to ensure alignment with the architecture vision. Excellent English and a growth mindset are essential.

Qualifications

• Proven frontend engineering experience with React, JavaScript, and TypeScript.
• Strong knowledge of frontend architectures, responsive design, and performance optimization.
• Fluent English and strong communication skills; team collaboration.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate in cross-functional teams using agile methodologies in a DevOps-centric environment.
• Design, implement, deploy, release, and monitor frontend applications; participate in PR reviews.
• Translate business requirements into functional frontend solutions with stakeholders.
• Plan and refine features; align frontend with architecture vision.
• Contribute to Software Engineering communities and maintain high-quality code.
