Job summary

Tropicfeel is seeking a Footwear Designer Junior based at our Barcelona Poblenou offices. You will support the end-to-end footwear design process, from ideation to production-ready designs, and help manage all TechPacks.

Collaboration with product development, marketing, and production is essential to ensure alignment with our brand. You should have a degree in Product Design/Engineering/Fashion Design, fluent English and Spanish, and experience with Illustrator/Photoshop.

Qualifications

• Degree or master in Product Design, Product Engineering, or Fashion Design.
• Proficiency in both English and Spanish.
• Solid working experience with Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop, plus basic proficiency in Excel.

Responsibilities

• Support end-to-end footwear design from ideation to production-ready designs.
• Create and manage all footwear TechPacks.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure brand vision and strategy alignment.
