Tropicfeel in Barcelona (CT, ES) is seeking a Junior Designer (Footwear) to join our onsite team. You will support the footwear design process from concept to production-ready designs and help create and manage TechPacks.

This role emphasizes collaboration with product development, marketing and production, staying ahead of trends, and contributing to sustainable design. The position offers a hybrid policy (3 days in office, 2 days remote) and a Barcelona Poblenou office near the beach.

Formación

• Degree or master in Product Design, Product Engineering, or Fashion Design.
• Proficiency in English and Spanish.
• Strong skills in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop; basic Excel knowledge.
• Hands-on footwear colors, materials, and construction experience.
• Experience using AI design tools is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Assist in footwear design from concept ideation to production-ready designs.
• Create and manage all footwear TechPacks.
• Build colour TechPacks based on team direction.
• Provide detailed sample comments to communicate prototype revisions to suppliers.
• Contribute to Colour Proposals for all Footwear.
• Collaborate with product development, marketing and production to ensure brand alignment.
• Stay updated on industry trends and innovations to drive footwear design.
• Support senior team in executing vision for Tropicfeel footwear collection.
• Conduct seasonal market analysis and create mood boards.
• Monitor KPIs and support continuous improvement; integrate sustainable practices.
• Assist with prototyping and testing to ensure quality and performance.
