HOFF is seeking a Footwear Designer to join our Alicante product team. You will work closely with design, development, and sourcing to bring concepts to life, translating ideas into production-ready footwear with precision, speed, and consistency.

The role is highly operational and studio-based, requiring hands-on collaboration to review materials, refine details and ensure collections evolve from concept to final product. 5+ years in footwear design preferred.

Formación

• 5+ years in footwear design or product development.
• Experience working with factories and technical documentation.
• Strong command of Illustrator and design tools.
• Ability to build precise tech packs.
• Understanding of footwear construction and materials.

Responsabilidades

• Develop footwear proposals aligned with the creative direction and inputs from the Design team.
• Translate concepts into executable designs with accuracy in proportion, materials, and color.
• Contribute to seasonal collections, capsules, and special projects.
• Create detailed technical sheets (fichas técnicas) with accuracy for factories.
• Ensure all specifications are production-ready and track revisions throughout development.
• Act as a connector between design, development, and manufacturing, following up with factories and suppliers.
