Sapiens International Corporation N.V. is seeking a Junior Financial Controller to join our Madrid Finance team, focusing on accounting, reporting, controls and audits across Spain, Portugal, and Colombia.

You will support vendor management, bank reconciliations, fixed assets, and month-end close, while collaborating with colleagues across countries to strengthen financial processes in a leading global insurtech company.

Formación

• A degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
• Around 1+ year of experience within a finance or accounting environment.
• Strong analytical skills with excellent attention to detail.
• Confidence working with Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• A collaborative team player with strong organisational and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsabilidades

• Supporting vendor management and Accounts Payable activities
• Performing bank reconciliations and maintaining accurate accounting records
• Managing fixed asset registrations and depreciation schedules
• Assisting with monthly close processes, financial controls, and reporting activities
• Supporting external audits by preparing documentation and working with auditors
• Contributing to continuous improvement of finance processes and controls
• Collaborating with colleagues across Finance and other business functions
