G+D ePayments is hiring a Junior Financial Controller to support planning, reporting, and controlling activities across the business in a multinational, tech-driven environment.

The role emphasizes strong Excel skills, analytical mindset, and a proactive hands-on attitude with opportunities to learn and grow in finance operations.

Formación

• Degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Accounting or related field.
• 1-2 years of experience in controlling, FP&A, finance, accounting, or similar analytical role.
• Good to advanced Excel skills and data handling.
• Fluent professional English and Spanish.
• Basic knowledge of Power BI is a plus.
• Strong analytical and numerical skills.
• Ability to work independently and take ownership of responsibilities.
• Proactive, hands-on, self-driven attitude with willingness to learn.
• Interest in learning AI applications for the position.

Responsabilidades

• Support annual budgeting across different business areas.
• Perform monthly budget control and variance analysis.
• Prepare and support monthly financial reporting and P&L analysis.
• Monitor margins, costs, expenses and resource efficiency.
• Support analysis of actual costs and profitability.
• Prepare and maintain Working Capital reports.
• Develop and track financial KPIs and insights for decision-making.
• Assist in product costing and profitability analysis.
• Support intercompany activities and reporting.
• Identify deviations and trends and propose corrective actions.
• Participate in audits and process improvement initiatives.
• Work with Excel to analyze, consolidate and present financial information.
• Use Power BI for reporting and data visualization.

Junior Financial Controller

At G+D ePayments, we are looking for a Junior Financial Controller to join our Finance team and support financial planning, reporting, analysis, and controlling activities across the business.

This is a great opportunity for someone with a strong analytical mindset, good Excel skills, and a proactive, hands-on attitude who is eager to learn and grow within a multinational environment.

Your Responsibilities

Financial Planning & Reporting

• Support the preparation and monitoring of annual budgets across different business areas.
• Perform monthly budget control and analyze variances between actuals and budget.
• Prepare and support monthly financial reporting and P&L analysis.
• Monitor key financial indicators such as margins, costs, expenses, and resource efficiency.
• Support the analysis of actual costs and business profitability.
• Prepare and maintain Working Capital reports.
• Develop and track financial KPIs and provide insights to support decision-making.

Controlling & Financial Analysis

• Support product costing and profitability analysis.
• Assist in analyzing costs, expenses, and business performance.
• Contribute to financial evaluations of investments and business initiatives.
• Support intercompany financial activities and reporting.
• Identify deviations and trends and help propose corrective actions.

Processes, Projects & Systems

• Support internal and external audits and financial reviews.
• Participate in Finance and Controlling projects and process improvement initiatives.
• Work with Excel to analyze, consolidate, and present financial information.
• Use Power BI for reporting and data visualization, with the opportunity to further develop your skills in the tool.
• Show curiosity and willingness to explore new technologies, including AI and automation, and identify opportunities to improve Finance processes.

Your Technical Profile

• Degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• 1-2 years of experience in controlling, FP&A, finance, accounting, or a similar analytical role.
• Good to advanced Excel skills and confidence working with data and financial information.
• Fluent professional English and Spanish.
• Basic knowledge of Power BI is a plus.
• Strong analytical and numerical skills.
• Ability to work independently and take ownership of assigned responsibilities.
• A proactive, hands-on, and self-driven attitude, with a strong willingness to learn.
• Interested in learning AI applications for the position.
