G&D Mobile Security seeks a Project Accountant to support the Finance Team in Spain, ensuring compliance with global processes and accurate financial reporting across all G&D entities.

You will manage orders, SAP project setup, monthly closings, and revenue/cost recognition for projects, while coordinating with local teams to streamline operations and drive accurate reporting.

Formación

• University degree in business administration or equivalent.
• Minimum 2 years of professional finance experience in a multinational company, preferably in accounting or controlling.
• Proficiency in Excel is required.
• Knowledge of SAP and CPQ is a plus.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a focus on efficient processes.
• Organized and detail-oriented with a structured working approach.
• Effective verbal and written communication; ability to interact with various stakeholders.
• Capable of managing multiple tasks/projects under high-pressure situations.
• Strong sense of ownership and teamwork.
• Proficiency in English (written and spoken); additional languages highly valued.

Responsabilidades

• Serve as the go-to person for the Sales team, overseeing the global Order Intake Registration Process.
• Handle receipt, verification, and registration of customer orders with documentation and legal requirements.
• Proactively address and resolve issues with unregistered orders.
• Coordinate monthly with local teams to streamline order intake processes.
• Create, configure, and maintain customer projects and Service Contracts in SAP.
• Monitor customer projects throughout their lifecycle.
• Coordinate cross-functional activities with stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.
• Ensure data accuracy within the system as entered by local teams.
• Work with Project Managers to confirm Final Acceptance and timely project closure in SAP.
• Lead revenue and cost recognition for customer projects after Final Acceptance.
• Support local teams during month-end closing.
• Coordinate and monitor resource-related billing activities.
• Lead system migrations and rollout of new processes and tools.
• Maintain Excel spreadsheets critical for daily operations and reporting.
• Tackle ad hoc tasks as needed.

G&D Mobile Security is a leading provider of integrated security technologies. We seek a Project Accountant to support our Finance Team in Spain, ensuring compliance with global processes and accurate financial reporting across all G&D entities.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the go-to person for the Sales team, overseeing all aspects of the global Order Intake Registration Process.
• Handle receipt, verification, and registration of customer orders, ensuring all documentation and legal requirements are met.
• Proactively address and resolve issues with unregistered orders.
• Engage in consistent monthly coordination with local teams to streamline order intake processes.
